Taos Deconstructed: Meredith Mason Garcia at Wilder Nightingale Fine Art
From December 20 2014 - January 3 2015, Wilder Nightingale Fine Art is featuring a one-woman show of the most recent work by Taos fine art photographer Meredith Mason Garcia. Entitled "Taos Deconstructed" the exhibit features a series of gelatin-silver black and white photographs that visually interpret the literary concept of deconstruction: that artworks are seen in terms of their undecidability. All of Garcia?s black and white gelatin-silver photographs are printed by the artist in her darkroom in Taos, on fiber-based archival papers imported from Europe. Each photograph is thus a unique work of art. An artist?s reception will be held on December 20 from 4:00-7:00 PM. More information on the artist or the show can be obtained by calling the gallery at 575-758-3255.
