Membership & Events Committee Meeting-TCCC

Event Description

The TCCC Membership Committee meets the second Wednesday of each month. We move the location monthly in order for our committee members to have an opportunity to experience the hospitality of other members businesses.

This month's agenda incudes discussion and decisions regarding the following:

  1. First Friday Forum: December 3, 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Hotel don Fernando de Taos. Topic Taos Business and Social Networking
  2. Volunteer to put packets together
  3. Volunteers to deliver new member packets
  4. Volunteers to deliver new business packets
  5. Organization of the Bienvanidos Ambassadors
  6. Mix & Meets
  7. TaosPlazaLive
  8. Ribbon cutting
  9. Sub-committee for Events-Adriana Blake is now Events Chair
  10. Yuletide in Taos
  11. Home Expo
  12. Annual Banquet
 


Event Location Angel Fire Golf Course Country Club-Car pooling will be available. We will leave from the Taos chamber lot at 9:15am

Coffee, pasties and other refreshments will be available
